To keep my heart healthy I am planning to stop eating junk food as much
as I do now. Also I need to start being more active and going for a run every
once and a while and start practicing more for basketball. I also plan to reduce
my stress with all this school work. I will also make sure I maintain a healthy
body weight and exercise more.
