Restoring Faith in Humanity

 REFLECTION: This is important because people are saving other people from getting hurt. They're not only saving people but animals also. These people are risking their life to save others and some people are taking their time and helping others and making a change in their lives and the others. People can still save others in a matter of seconds.

Medical Illustrator
Duties and Responsibilities:
Medical illustrators are highly skilled artists.  They work strictly in the medical field and create graphics for textbooks, journals, magazines, and educational films.  Their drawings span a wide range from microorganisms to body parts. 
Salary: $35,000 - $50,000

Education: Students interested in becoming medical illustrators should take a college preparatory program in high school that emphasizes art and science.

I wouldn’t mind having that job because I enjoy drawing.

Medical Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities: Medical assistants help physicians and nurses deliver patient care.  They schedule appointments; take blood pressures, respirations, temperatures; and perform other routine patient pre-examining procedures.  Sometimes they help with office and clerical tasks.  Medical assistants work in hospitals, clinics, and private physician offices.
Salary:  $17,000 - $18,000
Education: Students should complete high school with courses in biology, physical science, office management, communications, and human relations, although medical assistant training programs may accept GED certificates.  

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?
No because I hate needles and I wouldn't like to use them on other people.

Reflection: Always make excellent accomplishments in your daily life. Always try making new accomplishments and create new ones for you so can accomplish many more bigger things in the future. People won't believe you can accomplish things until they see you achieve.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Duties and Responsibilities:

Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) work with and under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.  They care for injured, handicapped, and sick patients.  Their duties include taking temperatures, blood pressures, and pulses.  They also give injections, change dressings, and help give patients baths.  In general, they care for patients in hospitals, nursing homes, and extended care facilities.  Some practical nurses work in private homes. 

Salary: $16,000 - $23,000

Education: Although a high school diploma or GED certificate is not always required, it is encouraged.  LPNs do not have the extensive professional education that is required for a registered nurse.  State approved training programs are offered by the hospitals, vocational schools, junior colleges and private schools.

I would maybe like to be that because it wouldn't be that hard of a job.

Reflection: It doesn't matter if you win or not all that matters is that you try even though you lost. Also even though you lost it doesn't mean that you should stop practicing because practice makes perfect and if you want to improve your skills you have to practice and try again.

Paul Bear Bryant was a September 11, 1913 – January 26, 1983. He was a football player and coach.
he held the record for most wins as head coach in collegiate football history with 323 wins. He was the head coach of the university of Alabama.Bryant accepted a scholarship to play for the University of Alabama in 1931. Before arriving at Alabama, Bryant was head football coach at the University of Maryland, the University of Kentucky, and Texas A&M University. Of the schools he coached, Maryland is the only one not currently a member of the Southeastern Conference.In 1954, Bryant accepted the head coaching job at Texas A&M University
Industrial Hygienist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Industrial hygienists evaluate health hazards, conduct healthrisk assessments, manage industrial or business health programs, and provide consultation.  They may be administrators, researchers, consultants or teachers.  Many work as part of an industrial or government team, although some have private practice.

Average Salary: $40,000 -$60,000

Education: Students should take challenging college preparatory courses, especially in mathematics and science, during high school.
