Paul Bear Bryant

Paul Bear Bryant was a September 11, 1913 – January 26, 1983. He was a football player and coach.

he held the record for most wins as head coach in collegiate football history with 323 wins. He was the head coach of the university of Alabama.Bryant accepted a scholarship to play for the University of Alabama in 1931. Before arriving at Alabama, Bryant was head football coach at the University of Maryland, the University of Kentucky, and Texas A&M University. Of the schools he coached, Maryland is the only one not currently a member of the Southeastern Conference.In 1954, Bryant accepted the head coaching job at Texas A&M University.
